Fashionable new restaurant revealed for Trinity Shopping Centre

Trinity Shopping Centre has been confirmed as the new home for a high-end pizza chain which has seen success across the country.

The space at the bottom of the Trinity Centre has been unoccupied since Tapas joint Pintura closed last year.

Pizza chain Franco Manca will be taking up the space later this year, and fans of a tasty slice should be excited by their arrival.

Self-described as "Sourdough pizza, as it should be", the chain has over 30 sites in London where they have seen great success.

They are branching out across the rest of the country, and the restaurant in Leeds is set to be joined by new sites in Manchester, Exeter and Edinburgh.

A statement on their site says: "We don’t overcomplicate. We don’t overprice. We don’t stuff crusts. We do sourdough pizza, as it should be. Our slow-rising sourdough is made on site daily. It’s blast cooked at 450°C meaning the flavour, aroma and moisture cannot escape."
