The China Cultural Centre in Huai Khwang district, Bangkok, is exhibiting high quality embroideries until May 16.

The Excellent Chinese Embroidery Exhibition was opened on Sunday, and features the works of four of China's most famous embroiderers of China - including Cai Minqiang, chairman of the board of China Embroidery Research Centre.

The exhibits show a combination of ancient and modern embroidery techniques.

Similar exhibitions were previously held in Paris and Moscow. The Bangkok exhibition includes sessions on Chinese embroidery techniques.
