Dublin, Louth, Waterford and Donegal are all being warned after the latest cases figures in Ireland.
NPHET and the acting Chief Medical Officer have said that a number of counties are on the edge of serious outbreaks.
Professor Philip Nolan says that Dublin is the county of greatest concern with an incidence rate close to 100.
Louth and Waterford have increasing incidence rates which is in outbreaks rather than widespread transmission although he says they are worrying.
While Donegal also falls into the same category.
Numbers in Kildare, Laois and Limerick are now decreasing again and are under control after previously being of major concern.
Here is a breakdown of where today's cases were with more restrictions potentially being introduced soon.

The remaining 28 cases are located in Clare, Kildare, Kilkenny, Laois, Leitrim, Limerick, Longford, Mayo, Monaghan, Offaly, Roscommon and Westmeath.
Speaking this evening Dr. Ronan Glynn, Acting Chief Medical Officer, said: “The current situation has deteriorated both in Dublin and nationally over the past week. Along with Dublin we have seen particularly concerning trends in Louth, Waterford and Donegal.
"It is now absolutely essential that people action public health advice and act as if they or those close to them are potentially infectious.”
