Ex-Trump aide loses corporate job after obscenity directed at Nadler

NEW YORK _ Former Trump campaign aide Jason Miller has left his cushy consulting job on the heels of an insult directed at New York Rep. Jerry Nadler on social media.

Miller, who worked as a senior adviser on President Donald Trump's 2016 bid and has remained close with the White House since the election, confirmed in a statement Monday that he's no longer a managing director at Teneo, a prominent corporate consulting firm.

"I have parted ways with Teneo by mutual consent and look forward to formally announcing my next move in the coming weeks," Miller said. "They have always been great to me and I'm proud to have called them teammates for the past two and a half years."

The Daily Beast first reported Miller's move.

Teneo did not return a request for comment.

Miller's announcement came three days after he erupted in an expletive-riddled Twitter tirade targeting Nadler for mistakenly calling former White House communications director Hope Hicks "Ms. Lewandowski" during an appearance before the House Judiciary Committee.

Hicks used to be romantically involved with ex-Trump campaign manager Corey Lewandowski.

"He's a f--king scumbag anyone obsessed with attacking innocent Hope Hicks should take a long walk off a short pier," Miller tweeted Thursday night in response to a news article about Nadler's "Lewandowski" slip-up.

"That's fine. We'll call Mr. Nadler 'Mr. MuffinTop,'" Miller said in another tweet.

He followed that up with "fat f--ks gonna fat f--k" before finally leaving it off with two tweets about Nadler saying, "you're gross, you fat f--k" and "you're fat and nasty. Don't harass."

A spokesman for Nadler declined to comment Monday evening.
