A former Thomas Cook employee attempted to sell her unworn wedding dress on eBay in order to pay the bills.
The cabin crew staff member said both she and her husband l ost their jobs with Thomas Cook and were now looking to raise cash.
Describing how her world has been turned "upside down", she listed her Stella York wedding dress, worth £1400, on the auction site.

The Mirror reports that on the post, she wrote: "Brand New Stella York wedding dress size 10. RRP £1400.
"Has not been altered brand new never worn stunning dress.
"Me and my husband were both made redundant from Thomas Cook and it has turned our world upside down. I am seeking [to sell] this dress to help pay for up and coming bills.
"Collection or can send with a courier, price to be confirmed as would need to know where to send to get a quote.
"It will be sent recorded with courier so you can track it."
The starting price was set at £500, however it failed to secure any bids.
Thomas Cook was pushed into compulsory liquidation after crisis talks to save the business failed.
The collapse put thousands of jobs at risk and left UK citizens stranded with cancelled holidays and impounded planes.
