Ex-Rangers WAG Jilly Isabella says European Super League drama is 'like Real Housewives but men'

Former Rangers WAG Jilly Isabella has hilariously compared the European Super League drama to 'Real Housewives, but men'.

Hearts midfielder Andy Halliday 's girlfriend told her Instagram followers her take after the controversial plans spectacularly collapsed on Tuesday night.

The breakaway proposal was met with furious backlash from fans, pundits and rival clubs as the so-called 'Dirty Dozen' stood accused of trying to create a closed shop at the summit of the European game.

In the end, however, it collapsed as quickly as it had been announced.

And WAG Jilly couldn't get enough of the drama.

Taking to her Instagram, she said: "Troops so I just seen this class video on Twitter there and it's all Chelsea fans celebrating because they're not going to be in this Super League, right?

"Now I know nothing about football, like zero - middle of a donut - I am actually in the negatives.

"I am minus knowledge in football, I know nothing other than 'Go Andy!' and em, 'Hearts and eh, Rangers!' em but this super league stuff, I am fascinated, it's like drama, it's like gossip! It's like office gossip! I am like what the f**k is happening!?"

Jilly laughs as she compared the Super League to the 2004 film Mean Girls.

She says: "It's like mean girls! And like Liverpool and AC Milan they are like the 'plastics' and she's like Regina George like where did you get your skirt from!

"Like wow is this all it took for me to actually get interested in football?! Like a wee bit of drama and a wee bit of bad behaviour and I'm like what is happening!"

Jilly then later returns with an 'update' for her followers.

"Troops, I've just put Sky Sports News on because it is f*****g popping off.

Jilly said it was like reality TV (Instagram)

"More teams have left the Super League, em the guy there on Sky Sports News has said he's going to fill me in after the break but Twitter is saying that City and Athletico are out!! They're not in it anymore they are out the Super League, they are going!

"This is like such entertainment this is like reality TV but like real, this is like when Kylie Jenner got pregnant and everyone was like 'Oh my God, Kylie Jenner's had a baby, like, what the f**k!?

She then shared on her story a comment which said: "It's like real housewives but men."
