Former Rangers star Peter Lovenkrands has expressed his interest in a vacant manager post, according to a report.
Lovenkrands coached with Rangers' academy previously, and has been out of work since he departed his role as assistant head coach at Aalborg BK in Denmark last year.
Nathan Rooney was sacked by Larne on Monday night.
Now, the Belfast Telegraph claims that Lovenkrands has made his interest in the position known,
Rooney faced the sacked from the Northern Irish Premier League side just ONE game into the new season.
Their new American owners, Redball Global FC, made the brutal decision to sack him after they lost 1-0 to Coleraine.

They were also knocked out of Europa Conference League qualifying by Santa Clara last week.
Larne won the division in the 2023/24 campaign, but struggled last season.
Ex-Celtic coach Damien Duff and former St Mirren boss Oran Kearney have also been linked with the job.
