Former Rangers youngster Robbie Ure could face a ban for an obscene gesture - but has denied any wrongdoing.
The young Scottish striker has been on fire for Swedish league leaders Sirius, and kept up his scoring form with a goal during a win over Djurgardens yesterday.
However, it is his celebration afterwards that is dominating discussion.
Ure appeared to perform a gesture with his hand near his crotch after firing his side in front, and it came after his teammate Henrik Ronnlof Castegren was handed a two-game ban and slammed by the Swedish FA for doing similar.
But the 22-year-old has denied copying his teammate or that he intended anything offensive.
He told Swedish press: “No, of course not. It would have been stupid to do that.

“People have told me (about the gesture), but I’m not sure (what I did after the goal).
“No, especially not considering he was suspended for two games.
“It would have been stupid to do something like that. There was no connection to it.”
He was then shown a replay of his celebration and put on the spot, but added: "It may look that way, but it would have been very stupid to do something like that. There was no connection.”

Sirius manager Andreas Engelmark insisted post-match that he had not seen the incident involving Ure.
“I have no idea what he did,” said Engelmark.
“When I think about that gesture, I think that the penalty of the suspension was quite harsh. Henrik did wrong, he shouldn’t have done that. If it is true that Robbie did it, it is so, but I haven’t seen it.”
