Ex-Rangers player Nacho Novo leaves Paisley Road bar NN10 for return to football

Former Rangers player Nacho Novo has left his Paisley Road bar NN10 and is planning a return to football.

The Spaniard, who opened the venue alongside John Campbell in 2017, announced he was passing over the pub to his business partner.

NN10 will now be rebranded '3 Cheers' and will remain a bar for Rangers supporters.

Novo, 40, is looking to get back into football in a coaching capacity.

He revealed this afternoon (Friday) on Instagram: "I have decided the licence trade is not for me. In the circumstances I have left NN10 now rebranded 3 Cheers and will be devoting my time to what I know best…football, this time in a coaching capacity.

"I wish JC, the team and of course the customers at the bar and lounge my sincere best wishes for the future with 3 Cheers - The Rangers supporters bar and lounge.

"I plan to drop into 3 Cheers when ever I can to keep in touch with JC staff and loyal customers.

"So it’s three cheers for 3 Cheers."
