A former Rangers kitman has landed a new role on Steve Clarke's Scotland staff.
Jim McAlister has officially joined the Scottish FA as Scotland's lead kitman.
He has been appointed as the SFA's Kit Manager, starting his job in April.
McAlister has previous experience working in the backroom staff at Rangers and Al-Ettifaq.
He joined the Ibrox club while Steven Gerrard was still in charge. The Liverpool legend later recruited him to Saudi Arabia.
McAlister was promoted to lead kitman at Rangers following the sad passing of Jimmy Bell in 2022.
