Former Rangers manager Philippe Clement has emerged as a surprise candidate to take over at Bundesliga side Borussia Monchengladbach.
They haven't won in 11 league matches and sit second-bottom of the table, with boss Eugen Polanski's future uncertain.
Should Polanski not turn things around soon, Clement is Gladbach's Plan B, reports German outlet Bild.
The Belgian has been out of work since departing Rangers earlier this year.

The Ibrox hierarchy pulled the trigger on the 51-year-old after a 2-0 defeat at home to St Mirren in the Scottish Premiership.
Despite spearheading a poor run of results, which included a 1-0 loss to Queen's Park in the Scottish Cup, former Rangers striker Hamza Igamane, now at Lille, recently hailed the former boss as key in his development.
He told L'Equipe: "At Rangers, it was Philippe Clement who helped me progress a lot.
"With his help, I was able to show the best of me at Rangers. I had confidence in my abilities.
"I was very hopeful that the Lille president would find an agreement with Glasgow Rangers.
"I went through that period calmly. I was mentally strong and with God's help, we were able to complete the transfer so I could be here.
"I won't have any problems adapting. I was in Scotland, where the culture and football are very different, so there will be no problems here."
