Ex-Rangers ace issues 'big dreams' message as he vows Ibrox club will 'fight again'

Fashion Sakala has shared a Rangers message after Celtic claimed the Scottish Premiership title.

The former Ibrox forward posted a series of Rangers action shots on his Instagram story on Sunday.

Sakala shared celebration snaps after netting against Kilmarnock, Hibernian and Dundee United with a message.

As an added caption, Sakala wrote: "Next season will fight again.

"Club with passion and big dreams."

Sakala left Rangers in 2023 as he signed with Saudi Pro League side Al-Fayha.

The Zambian internationalist, 28, spent two seasons in Govan where he won the Scottish Cup with Rangers.

He also claimed runner-up medals in the Scottish League Cup and Europa League during his time in Scotland.

On his exit, Sakala explained: "People started asking if I was there in pre-season. I was there from the beginning to the end.

"It was a hard one to take for me. Even if there was a club that wanted to buy me, I could have at least been respected a little bit and left the club in a good way.

"To be told not to train with the team for no reason… I have never had a discipline issue with the club. It was hard for me.

"Rangers was a club that I felt was like my home and receiving that treatment was so hard for me.”
