Two Championship clubs have joined Celtic in the race to signed former Nottingham Forest striker Britt Assombalonga, according to WalesOnline, and he could be available at a discount price this summer.
The 26-year-old has scored 29 goals during his two seasons in North Yorkshire, but his future is said to be uncertain at the Riverside Stadium with Middlesbrough looking to make savings after failing to win promotion to the Premier League last season.
During his three years on Trentside, the DR Congo international made 69 appearances, scoring 30 times, before making the £15 million switch to join Boro in 2017.
Celtic boss Neil Lennon, who is keen on bolstering his attacking options this summer, is said to be interested in landing the front man but now Cardiff City and Bristol City are both said to have entered the race.
Forest made a £10m profit when they sold Assombalonga two season ago and the striker has continued to impress for their Championship rivals ever since.
Last month he scored his first international goal in a 4-0 win over a Zimbabwe side featuring Tendayi Darikwa, but that didn't stop DR Congo from crashing out of the Africa Cup of Nations.
