Patrice Evra has provided a strong verdict on Arsenal after their 1-0 defeat at Sheffield United on Monday Night Football.
The former Manchester United defender admitted post-match that the display at the Blades had him reminiscing about why he loved to play the Gunners during his career.
Sheffield United took the lead when Lys Mousset netted for the hosts in the 30th minute after he went unmarked in the penalty box.
Arsenal subsequently dominated possession but only managed to have three shots on target throughout the entire game as Chris Wilder's men frustrated the Gunners.
Unai Emery's men now sit in fifth in the Premier League through nine matches after their second defeat of the season and Evra believes Arsenal are still the same 'babies' that he feels they were during the back end of Arsene Wenger's tenure.
"I'm not surprised about Arsenal. I used to call them my babies years ago when I played against them and I still look at them like they are babies and that's the truth," Evra told Sky Sports.
"I'm not being disrespectful when I say that.
"They look pretty and good but they don't look like a winning team.
"When I played against Arsenal I was so happy because I knew I was going to win.
"When Robin van Persie joined United I told him on the first day: 'Welcome to a man's club'.
"At the beginning he was upset but after one month he said I was completely right. (Against Sheffield United) I was like 'where is (Arsene) Wenger?'
"Because it's the same."
