Ex-Man United striker predicts Leicester vs Arsenal result - and it's bad news for Unai Emery

Former Tottenham Hotspur striker Dimitar Berbatov has predicted more misery for Arsenal after tipping them to lose to Leicester City.

The Gunners take on the in-form Foxes at the King Power Stadium on Saturday tea-time, with all eyes on the under-fire visiting boss.

Emery is under growing pressure at the Emirates after three-consecutive draws, games which Arsenal had led in all three.

After heavy investment into the squad in the summer, Arsenal are six points behind Saturday's opponents Leicester and London rivals Chelsea in the race for Champions League football.

A defeat on Saturday could leave them nine points behind their top-four rivals, which would leave Emery staring down the barrel of a gun.

However, former Spurs and Manchester United number nine, Berbatov, has joined a long queue in predicting more misery for Emery this weekend and three points for Leicester.

He told the Metro: "What is Brendan Rodgers telling his players in training? What are they eating? Whatever it is, the results are there for all to see with Leicester flying in the Premier League this season.

"That man Jamie Vardy scored again last weekend and I can see him getting amongst the goals against a struggling Arsenal team that played in the Europa League in midweek."

Chelsea's 2-0 win over Crystal Palace in Saturday's early kick-off means that should Arsenal lose at the King Power Stadium they will find themselves nine points adrift of the top four after only 12 Premier League matches.
