Ex Love Island star says fan favourite Ovie doesn't deserve to win

Ovie quickly became a Love Island fan favourite with his nice guy attitude and super chilled out vibes.

But ex Islander Georgia Harrison thinks the basketball player doesn't deserve to win in tonight's grand finale.

While many viewers think Ovie should take home the crown - and the £50,000 prize money - on his own, Georgia reckons the show doesn't and shouldn't work that way.

Writing in her OK! column , the 24-year-old said: "Now, I've been the biggest advocate for Ovie since he arrived in Casa Amor all those weeks ago – he’s brilliant.

"But after asking loads of people who they want to win, they reply “Ovie” – and that’s not the way the show works!"

And she thinks Ovie and India aren't strong enough to win the show together, either.

She added: "Ovie and India are so new, I don’t know if they've built a strong enough foundation to last.

"We have to keep this show what it’s all about – finding love! It’s not for solo people to take the crown."

Love Island Preview: The islanders get ready for the final as they make heartfelt speeches – Will Maura make a jab at Amy?

Ovie and India are in tonight's final with Molly-Mae and Tommy, Curtis and Maura and Amber and Greg.

Before the winner is announced the Islanders will get dance lessons, go shopping and write lovers ahead of the summer ball.

Currently Molly-Mae and Tommy are the bookies' favourite to win, but many fans are rooting for Amber and Greg.

*Love Island airs tonight from 9pm on ITV2
