Former Liverpool player John Barnes has launched a furious Twitter tirade against Piers Morgan.
The Good Morning Britain host has come under fire for his views on the royal crisis between Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.
Many, including Sussex Royal, believe Meghan has been unfairly targeted for being mixed race.
However, outspoken Piers has hit back, saying there is no racial motivation to tabloid reports.
Today, Piers and Alex Beresford clashed as the ITV weatherman argued headlines had been biased towards the Duchess of Sussex.
But John Barnes hit back at Good Morning Britain's coverage of the debate in a Twitter rant.

His first tweet said: "Piers Morgan racist remarks swept under the carpet.... GMB.
"Don't have topics on racism unless you’re willing to truly discuss the topic when something is right in your face!!!"
In a second tweet he said: "A real topic of racism to be discussed on gmb.. piers language is IGNORED... but one topic because it can’t be proved.. racism towards Meghan is done to death because u can’t prove it... not even a denial from piers.. not important ... wonder why?? Hmm."
John further tweeted: "Message to the BLACK COMMUNITY. Gmb and piers Morgan isn’t concerned with the fight against racism.
"They try to convince u they are by criticising weak scapegoats who get caught but do nothing when the powerful get caught.. DONT BE FOOLED."
He added: "With all this talk about racism on gmb... still no mention of piers yesterday.... oh .... old news now! That’s the problem... we dip in and out of the debate when it suits us.. but some live this every day!
Finishing off the tweets, John wrote: "I've acknowledged it in myself and try to change every day I know it’s because how I’ve been conditioned to think as we all have ... but until we accept it in ourselves rather than pointing fingers how will it improve."
John's opinions sparked various responses from his fans with most agreeing with him.
Rob tweeted: "Fair play to you @officialbarnesy !! You're one of the very few that keeps this issue at the forefront when others try and sweep it under the carpet."
Another said: "Totally agree John."
Eva tweeted: "Thank you for calling this out, it usually gets labelled 'banter' and 'it's harmless'."
Dave said: "Well said John."
But other users took Piers side.
Frank tweeted: "I’m surprised with you John. I thought you were the voice of reason when it comes to the fight against racism.
" @piersmorgan hasn’t ever made any racist remarks. Please feel free to correct me if you can."
And Thomas wrote: "Delete and deactivate John before it’s too late."
