Cammy Devlin has agreed a deal with Rangers until the summer of 2028, with the club holding an option to extend for another 12 months.
The former Hearts midfielder becomes the sixth signing of the summer for manager Derek McInnes.
After rejecting a contract extension at Tynecastle, Devlin has committed to a contract at Ibrox until 2028, with the club holding an option to extend for another 12 months.
Devlin said: "It feels amazing, I am obviously so happy to get it over the line, with the gaffer coming here, and a lot of change happening at the club, it feels like a great time to be coming here.
"To call myself a Rangers player now feels pretty special and I just cannot wait to get started."

He will be reunited with McInnes, who he previously worked with.
In a statement, McInnes said: "Cammy is obviously a player I know and I am well aware what he will offer to Rangers. His levels of consistency for me were superb and he is the type of player that every manager wants in his team."
The Australian becomes the latest addition to the squad as McInnes continues to shape his team ahead of the new campaign.
He joins Ben Godfrey, Ross McCrorie, Dan Neil and Lawrence Shankland as part of McInnes' summer recruits.
The manager is currently putting his squad through their paces in Spain in preparation for the new season.
Despite the recent signings, Rangers are expected to add more players to their squad.
Devlin will further bolster the midfield, amid ongoing interest from Real Betis, Atalanta, Bologna and Wolves.
The manager is looking forward to welcoming Devlin to the team after his holiday break.
