An ex-Emmerdale star was left in hysterics after watching last night's episode of I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here.
Adam Thomas posted an Instagram story yesterday laughing at Naughty Boy and Arlene Phillips after they said they wanted to leave the camp.
He told them to "get a grip" as it was only early days.

Adam, who starred as Adam Barton on Emmerdale from 2009-2018, watched the episode in disbelief as the two celebrities threatened to quit.
He said on his story: "What is going on? It's day two! Oh, get a grip of yourself. I can't believe this - they're dropping out like flies. Oh my god this is not good."
He went on to add: "So the ones that want to leave. I know I said 'get a grip of yourself', but you should have seen me on day two or day three when I was in there.
"I was crying like a baby, I was like 'I wanna go home, I'm done'. I was homesick - because it's a bit of a shock to the system when you're in there, when you are out of your comfort zone, you're missing your friends, missing your family - it's tough!
"That being said, get a f**king grip of yourself."
Adam was a contestant in the 16th series of I'm a Celebrity - in which he placed third behind Scarlett Moffat and Joel Dommett.
He is good friends with Emmerdale star Danny Miller, who is staying alongside Arlene and Naughty Boy in the punishing 'Clink' camp at the moment.
Adam joked later on that he was "fuming" friend Danny hadn't been selected for a trial.
Earlier in the episode, the main camp chose Naughty Boy to do a trial - which he was less than pleased be.
He later said: "I do think my time here is done. I had a feeling earlier and I was thinking about mum and obviously, I love you guys – I don’t think after knowing what the Main Camp probably knew what they were putting me through knowing I did the challenge earlier – I don’t know if I could ever join that camp.”
Arlene agreed with him - but both were encouraged to sleep on it by Richard Madeley.
