A former electrician has faced court accused with possessing more than $1.5 million cash and trafficking a number of different drugs.
Moonee Ponds man Lucas Christie, 32, appeared at Melbourne Magistrates Court on Thursday from custody via video link.
Christie is accused of trafficking large commercial quantities of MDMA, cocaine, Butanediol, Methorphan and methamphetamine.
He is facing nine charges dating back to January 13 this year, which also include possessing a tablet pill press and dealing with proceeds of a crime after being caught with cash in excess of a million dollars.
"Is this one where there was more than $1.5 million found, is that right?" magistrate Donna Bakos said.
"Yes but only just, Your Honour," Christie's lawyer Samuel Tovey said.
Charge sheets revealed Christie's blue Yamaha jet ski is also alleged to be from proceeds of crime.
A number of witness and forensic statements have been given to the court, including DNA and fingerprint documents.
"There are a large amount of items that have been subject to testing," Mr Tovey said.
"We're talking more than 20 with respect to DNA and a similar number with respect to fingerprints."
Christie has been remanded in custody and will face a committal hearing on December 20.
