EastEnders star Zack Morris has shared an incredible hack to salvage the last of old candles.
The 22-year-old revealed the clever tip on his Instagram Story by demonstrating the struggles of everyone who tried to fit their hand into a candle jar to light up the remains of it.
All that is needed for the hack is an emptying candle, a lighter, and one spaghetti strand.
“I’m about to blow a few minds...watch this…” he wrote on his Stories.
“Got a candle that’s almost Dunout?” he captioned a story that showed him zooming into his candle.
“Struggling to light it? If you’re still with me here, I promise it’ll be worth it.”
He reenacted the struggle of trying to unsuccessfully light a candle before shaking his head at the camera.
“Grab some spaghetti… and light it,” he continued as he lit the single strand of spaghetti before using it to reach into the jar. “Wait for it… What did I say!
“Mind. Blown. I know I was when I found it. You’re welcome.”
Zack Morris is best known for playing Keegan Baker in EastEnders, the reformed bad boy married to Tiffany Butcher.
He began playing in the series when he was 16.
The star had trained in singing, acting and dance at the D&B Academy of Performing Arts and even landed a scholarship thanks to JLS star Marvin Humes.
Discussing the scholarship to What’s On TV, Zack explained: “Marvin Humes went there too. He’s got a scholarship, which I’ve got. He picks one person every year to fund, and he funds me.”
Before becoming Keegan in the BBC show, Zack performed on the West End and had roles in Joseph and The Technicolour Dreamcoat, Cat on a Hot Tin Roof and Oliver!.
