Ex EastEnders and Doctor Who actor Tony Selby has died, aged 83.
Heartbroken fans have paid their respects online to the popular star who passed away on Sunday.
Tony's management LCM Limited, confirmed the actor's death with a statement on social media.
They said on Twitter: "With great sadness we announce that actor Tony Selby passed away peacefully in London yesterday.
"In a career spanning 70 years in theatre, film and TV, Tony was highly respected and loved by family, friends and colleagues.
"His renowned sense of humour will be missed by us all."
Tony's death is particularly poignant following a case of mistaken identity in June when some fans thought he'd passed away - but realised it was a BBC TV producer who shared the same name.
Fans were sorry to hear that Tony who also appeared in The Good Life and My Family had passed on.
One said: "RIP Tony Selby (83) Glitz has headed home."
A second added: "So sorry to hear this. I loved watching him. He was terrific."
A third said "Glitz really was an underrated character. Given one or two more appearances he could’ve been the Captain Jack or River Song of 80’s Who. RIP Tony Selby."
Tony had a starring role in RAF National Service comedy Get Some In!, and a recurring role in Doctor Who as Sabalom Glitz.
He also had a spell in Minder as Jack, the minder of gangster's wife Rose Mellors and was in 1965 drama series Three Clear Sundays.
He was the chauffeur to Adam Faith's character in the drama series Love Hurts and was well known to Eastenders fans Clive Mitchell in 2002.
