Chris Sutton insists that the uncertainty at Chelsea does not bode well for the future.
The Blues are currently preparing for the Europa League final in Baku later this month, after finishing third in the Premier League in Maurizio Sarri's first season in charge.
And Sutton says he feels that represents a good first season for the Italian at Stamford Bridge, although he says that speculation over Sarri's future - and that of owner Roman Abramovich - does give him cause for concern for the future.

“The Chelsea fans do not have faith in the manager and I think that is a huge issue moving forward," the former Chelsea and Blackburn Rovers striker said, speaking on BT Sport's Score programme on the final day of the season.
“It has been a good season when you strip everything back, with where they have finished in the league and being in the final of the Europa League, you would say that.
“But there are rumblings there. It looks like they are going to lose [Eden] Hazard, so is it job done for Chelsea? Yes, but [Roman] Abramovich hasn’t turned up to games this season, is there going to be a new owner there eventually?
