Former Celtic WAG Helen Flanagan is showing off her incredible body transformation - just six weeks after giving birth.
The actress shared a clip on social media of her posing in front of a mirror at home while she was nine months pregnant with son Charlie.
The ex-Coronation Street star then shared a clip of her in front of the same mirror holding six-week-old Charlie, showing off the incredible change in her body.
Helen, who shares Charlie and daughters Delilah and Matlida with ex-Hoops star Scott Sinclair, said she had not been exercising other than walking to achieve her weight loss and just feels 'lucky' to have been pregnant.
She said: "6 weeks postpartum. Carrying a baby is such a miracle I haven’t really done any exercise since having Charlie apart from my pelvic floor exercises and enjoying walks with the baby carrier or pram and obviously running around after the two girls.
"My body has changed with each baby. My boobs have changed a lot with nursing each. The skin on my stomach has changed but I feel so lucky to able to have carried my babies.
"I took my labour recovery slowly. I think you feel different after each birth it just depends. I didn’t fancy a walk with the pram for about 2/3 weeks after. Wearing maternity pads are not super comfortable and I wanted to wear baggy tracksuit bottoms for weeks."
The mum-of-three says she is raising her girls to be confident and not body-conscious and says she encourages them every single day.
She added: "As a mummy of girls I want to show them to be confident in their own skin and to love themselves. I do affirmations with them on the school run such as “ I am amazing” “ I can do anything” “
Fiancé Scott was clearly enamoured with Helen's body change and commented with a love heart emoji.
Fans and followers were also impressed leaving glowing comments for the star.
One said: 'You look absolutely fantastic and your babies are beautiful."
Another gushed: "You look amazing! Mum goals."
However others were envious Helen had managed to bounce back into shape so quickly.
One said: "am slightly jealous of how your belly had gone back so quickly and nicely!! I’m 7 weeks postpartum and it’s still so round and jellylike!! Not to mention all the stretch marks!! Fingers crossed it sorts itself out soon."
