Ex-Celtic WAG Helen Flanagan parties in Glasgow as she reunites with Scots pals

Helen Flanagan was back in Glasgow this weekend for the first time since moving as she partied with friends.

The ex-Coronation Street star made an emotional return to Scotland after raising her family up north for a four-year spell when fiancé Scott Sinclair played for Celtic.

The actress, 30, hit the town in her first night out as a mum-of-three as she made a sweet reunion with pals whom she 'missed so much'.

Helen met up with friends for some drinks at Glasgow's Kimpton Blythswood Square Hotel before heading to the famous Bongo's Bingo at SWG3.

She took to her Instagram stories to gush about her boozy night as she wrote: "What a FUN night last night @bongosbingo Glasgow.

She added: "Missed my Glasgow friends so much."

Helen has been enjoying a whistle-stop tour of Scotland this weekend as paid a visit to Edinburgh with her mum and three kids.

The Football WAG gushed about being back in 'beautiful Scotland' as she enjoyed a stay in the capital's Kimpton Charlotte Square hotel.

The mum, who recently welcomed her baby son Charlie, also took to her stories to gush about her visit and wrote: "So happy to be back in beautiful Scotland."

"Didn't think I'd come back to Scotland with a baby boy."

Helen said goodbye to Glasgow in January 2020 after a four-year spell in the city after her footballer fiancé signed a deal with Preston North End.

After moving to Glasgow in 2016, the actress said she has had some of her "happiest memories" in the city and it will 'always have such a special place in her heart'.

Before her departure, Helen even said her eldest daughter Matilda had developed a Scottish accent - with their second baby Delilah being born in the city.

It comes after Helen recently said she was returning to Glasgow for the first time since leaving - and even shared some throwback photos of her favourite times in Scotland.
