Two short seasons ago, Ricardo Louis was the top wide receiver for the Cleveland Browns. In 2017, Louis tied for the team’s lead in WR receptions with 27 and put up the most yards with 357.
Yet after a lost 2018 due to a neck injury and copious improvements above him on the Cleveland depth chart, Louis was waived by the Browns in late March.
Louis found a new home with the Miami Dolphins. ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports the Dolphins and Louis agreed to a 1-year deal for the wideout to join the team. Additional details are not yet available, but it seems quite unlikely Louis signed for enough to impact the compensatory draft selection arithmetic.
