Ex-Austin Peay OL who posted up at Titans’ facility gets shot at football camp

Late last month we shared the story of former Austin Peay offensive lineman, Jaylen Flye-Sadler, who was posted up outside of the Tennessee Titans’ facility hoping to get a tryout with the team.

Flye-Sadler, who also donned a sign complete with his measurables, had his pro day cancelled ahead of the 2020 NFL draft due to the COVID-19 pandemic, which robbed him of his chance to work out for scouts.

While the Titans didn’t give him a shot, Flye-Sadler reported on Twitter that he is getting a chance in a different way: at the HUB Football Camp, where he is set to take part on Oct. 20.

“LA here I come,” Flye-Sadler wrote on Twitter.God is moving this mountain! I’ve Been invited to the Hub football camp! Where I will be performing in front of NFL scouts and personnel! Thank God and of course thank all of you who helped me get my story out there! Let’s work!”

A description of what HUB Football is, according to its Twitter account:

“Designed for professional athletes. Our goal is to provide elite players with a direct and connective path to professional football clubs.”

We wish Flye-Sadler the best of luck in his new endeavor and hope to see him in the NFL in some capacity one day.
