Ewan McGregor's eldest daughter has refused to apologise for calling his new girlfriend 'trash' as his divorce with wife of 22 years, Eve Mavrakis, is settled.
The 49-year-old Trainspotting star has now finalised the divorce, more than two years after starting the process in January 2018.
The Blast has reported the settlement after obtaining new legal documents and the couple have reportedly submitted details of their financial settlement to court, so that the divorce can be finalised for good.
Their daughter Clara McGregor has since refused to apologise for her 'trash' comment about her dad's new girlfriend Mary Elizabeth Winstead.
She admitted in an interview with The Times that it 'wasn't the most mature thing to do' but revealed she 'said how she felt and didn't want to apologise for it.'

The trouble started after a fan account shared a photo of Ewan kissing Mary Elizabeth at the 2014 Vanity Fair Oscars party.
This was July last year and Clara was soon to share her thoughts on seeing the kiss, labelling her dad's girlfriend a "piece of trash."
Quoting actress Mary Elizabeth's profile message, Clara commented: "Most beautiful and talented woman on earth??? Oh man y'all are delusional. The girl is a piece of trash :) x."
A fan hit back at Clara, writing: "Say it to her face not in social media. It took TWO to undo this marriage. If a man OR woman is happy w/ their marriage no outside interference can destroy that!"
Clara then replied: "Yup it took two!! Mary & my father :)"
Speaking to The Times after her outburst, Clara did acknowledge that her comments on Instagram were not 'mature' but did give her reasoning for making them.

She said: "It wasn't the most mature way to go about things, but I was angry and upset.
"There had been a lot building up to it and a lot to deal with - not to make excuses or anything - but, yeah, it wasn't my finest moment."
The model said that at the time, she "kept being tagged in this photograph and I was seeing negative things about my mom."
Clara continued: "I said how I felt and I didn't want to apologise for it.
"It wasn't the right way to go about things, but it's a hard thing to wrap your head around when you feel you had this idea of what the family unit is and then to have that shift. It's very weird."
Clara also admitted that she wasn't going to be making any special efforts to get to know her dad's new girlfriend.
She said: "I'm good. I wish them all the best, but I'm staying out of that, for sure."
The financial area of the divorce had been a sticking point until now, with Ewan reportedly unhappy with the amount he was contributing to his wife and children's living expenses.
He had allegedly done so voluntarily but felt he was paying over the odds compared to what he felt he should be contributing.
At the same time, Eve was claiming that she was receiving less than what she was entitled to, so it had proved to be a sticking point.
