Evissa Accessories finds a new home in Loughborough

Handbag design company and supplier has taken on a new office in Loughborough town centre, in a let arranged through local commercial property managers Mather Jamie.

The company had been renting offices elsewhere in Loughborough but, due to the expansion of its six-person team, were on the lookout for somewhere bigger.

Following a swift completion process, the team moved into new offices at 43B Churchgate earlier this month.

Evissa’s bags are sold in more than 500 stores worldwide and online, with a strong presence in the UK and Middle East.

Finance director Craig Hewitt said: “We are very pleased with our new location – the offices are spacious and perfectly suit our needs as a growing business.

“We found Mather Jamie user-friendly and professional, with surveyor Travis White proving helpful, flexible and honest throughout the letting process, all of which contributed to a smooth-running relocation.”

Travis White said: “This was a successful example of an efficient and speedy letting process which ended satisfactorily for all concerned.

“We wish Evissa Accessories all the best at their new offices.”
