Evil mum watched son being beaten by boyfriend while drinking cup of tea

An evil mum who watched her 15-year-old son being beaten by her boyfriend while drinking a cup of tea has been caged for 39 years over his murder.

Agnieska Kalinowska abused her son Sebastian Kalinowski for months and encouraged her partner, Andrezj Latoszewsk, to do the same until he died last year.

During a length six-week trial at Leeds Crown Court, jurors heard the sickening details of the assaults on Sebastian. The court was shown hours of harrowing footage of Latoszewsk parading around the Huddersfield house and using the 15-year-old as a 'punching bag', reports Yorkshire Live.

The clips also showed Agnieska Kalinowska being involved in the assaults but for the most part she watched her boyfriend beat her child unfazed. Other footage showed the child being brutally attacked by Latoszewsk whilst the mother sat on the sofa eating takeaways and drinking cups of tea.

Sebastian died last August in hospital by infection caused by “untreated complications of multiple rib fractures”, which prosecutors say came after a sustained period of abuse from the sickening couple. As she jailed Kalinowska, The Honourable Mrs Justice Lambert told the sick mother that she did not care about her son, and was only concerned in self interest.

The judge said: "Your only real worry about what had happened to your cat after your arrest. In this very long letter there was not one word about your son Sebastian, his death and the loss of his life.

"You did not care about Sebastian, you were only interested in yourself."

Kalinowska and Latoszewski were both handed life sentences yesterday for the murder of the teenager. The disturbing duo were told they would have to serve a minimum term of 39 years behind bars before going before the Parole Board who will determine when they are safe for release.

In his victim personal statement, Sebastian's father, Jacek, questioned his former partner on why she hated their son to the degree of allowing him to be so badly abused. He said: "The question is why? Why did you hate him to such a degree you let that psychopath treat him like that?

"How could you let your child be harmed? You took everything from him - his dignity and life."

"He was your son. You both wanted to infuse him with fear and destroy him but why? What did he do to you?

"I loved Sebastian although I could not protect him from evil, evil inflicted upon by his mother. You did not even know your own child - you never wanted to care for him and left him when he was three-years-old.

"The only single memory you are going to have will be that of tormenting him. You never asked 'How is he how is he getting on with school?' You never knew his childhood dreams.

"You never saw him grow up or develop because you decided to end his life in such a brutal fashion. What kind of mother are you inflicting this suffering?

"The only experience he had of his mother was when he was 11 and when you gave him three lollipops. That is how you were remembered by your son.

"The fact you abandoned him was reflected in his psyche and he had to live with the awareness his mother had left him. You came to hate your child so much. You were offered the chance of your child's life, but you repaid him with hostility...

"Nobody forced you to take him, to bring him up and start being a mother. Why did you try and gain your parental rights? What for? A million questions without answers. When did you get to know you could not love him?"
