Everything you need to know about the Stranger Things ice cream van's visit to Liverpool including timings and location

The ice cream parlour from Netflix's Stranger Things is touring the UK and will be arriving in Liverpool today.

Fans of Stranger Things' new series will be familiar with the ice cream parlour Scoops Ahoy which has become a main backdrop during the new episodes.

From the show’s setting in Hawkins Indiana,  Scoops Ahoy  will visit 11 “ Hawkins Roads ” around the UK and Ireland, offering free ice-cream to all those who live there.

The upside-down Scoops Ahoy ice cream van, complete with eerie Stranger Things melodic chimes inspired by the soundtrack, features two sides - a 1980s ice-cream parlour in pastel pinks, blues and whites, and a dark side straight out of the famous Stranger Things ‘upside-down’ world.

Today the van will be at Hawkins Street in Liverpool today (Monday, July 15) between 4.30pm and 5pm.

As well as Hawkins Roads, the van will also visit city centres, major summer events and seaside towns, serving themed ice cream flavours including gloriously retro Coke Float, Cherries Jubilee, Banana Boat and July 4th.

Following today's visit it will travel to Dublin on Wednesday, July 17 where it will finish its tour.
