Everything you need to know about Rickie Fowler’s famous fiancee Allison Stokke

Rickie Fowler’s fiancee, Allison Stokke, is a famous pole vaulter and model who has been by his side at competitions in recent years.

The US golf star is hoping to secure his first ever major at the 2019 Masters and will have his other half cheering him on from the fairways.

Fowler started dating Stokke back in 2017 and announced their engagement on Instagram last year with the caption: “Today is National Best Friend Day so I wanted to lock mine down...I WON”

So who is Stokke?

Well, she was born on March 22, 1989, in Newport Beach, California.

And she started rising to fame when photos of her competing in 2007, aged 17, went viral.

Stokke was complimented for her stunning looks and won plenty of admirers, but it didn’t seem to go down too well as she told the Washington Post: “It just all feels really demeaning.

“I worked so hard for pole vaulting and all this other stuff, and it’s almost like that doesn’t matter.

“Nobody sees that. Nobody really sees me.”

The pair appear to be happier than ever with regular updates on social media confirming their love is everlasting.

And no doubt we’ll see the TV cameras focusing in on Stokke if her 30-year-old fella can do the business at Augusta for the first time.

Still a keen and active sportswomen, Stokke jumped a lifetime best of 4.36 metres in 2012, but failed to be selected for the American Olympic team, missing out on the London Olympics.

She continued to compete despite not ranking highly in the standings - and also worked as a sportswear model.

Stokke has also worked for GoPro where she attached a camera to the end of her pole to show the inner workings of the sport.

Now she is more active on social media, and most recently posted a picture of herself in training on National Women’s Day.
