Who's performing?
Tom Misch
When: Wednesday, June 26
Kicking things off will be the soulful and innovative Tom Misch, one of the biggest UK male performers to emerge in recent years. Following the release of his first full-length album Geography in 2018, and a packed out field at Loves Saves the Day last summer, Tom Misch will fill the Amphitheatre with a blend of jazzy guitar and hip-hop inspired beats to welcome Bristol Sounds back to its home by the harbour.
The Cat Empire
When: Thursday, June 27
Widely regarded as one of the world’s greatest party bands, the Antipodean six-piece hold the record at Bristol O2 Academy having sold out a total of 10 shows there over the years and will build on that success with a huge show at Bristol's Harbourside. Expect plenty of brass and a crowd well up for a dance.
Bloc Party
When: Friday, June 28

There can't be many debut albums released this millennium which made an impact as big as Bloc Party's Silent Alarm. Building on the success of their early singles, the quartet's blistering first album in 2005 was met with universal acclaim and duly named Album of the Year by NME. On Friday, fans will be able to hear it live and in the flesh in Bristol as the band play their biggest ever show in the city.
Elbow
When: Saturday, June 29

Saturday will see Elbow return to a Bristol stage, having headlined The Downs festival in 2017. The perennial live favourites are headlining events across Europe this summer and their headline set on the final evening of Bristol Sounds is sure to be a fabulous way to end the series.
The Cinematic Orchestra
When: Sunday, June 30

The Cinematic Orchestra are a nu-jazz and electronic music group signed to Nina Records, who formed in 1999. The group is comprised of some seriously talented musicians, including Nick Ramm on piano and Stuart McCallum on guitar.
