Delta Force is gearing up for its next season, Echo. This season is pretty maritime-themed, with an operator who worked in the Navy and is a specialist in sonar equipment, a new Warfare map that takes place at a port, and more.
Here’s everything coming to Delta Force in season Echo on April 21.

New operator, Morse

Morse is a Recon operator joining Delta Force in season Echo. As a former Navy acoustic intelligence specialist, his kit revolves around sound and sonar equipment. Despite being a Recon operator, Morse has everything he needs to set up and lead the push.
Here are Morse’s abilities:
- Throwable Jammer: Slows enemies within range, impairing their vision and hearing.
- Delayed Flashbang: A flashbang with a built-in timer.
- Advanced Sonar Device: A sonar that periodically scans the surrounding area, marking enemies that make noise.
- Passive: In Operations, gains increased hearing range. In Warfare, automatically scans and marks nearby enemy devices.
Warfare map, Akh Canal

The new Warfare map in season Echo is called Akh Canal and is a larger map with a mix of different environments. There are open fields, trenches, multiple areas for close-quarter combat, and enough space to make use of all sorts of vehicles.
Much like Aftershock, which has an event destroying the skyscrapers, Akh Canal has its own event, port destruction. Destroying the port alters the battlefield, creating more open spaces for both teams to take advantage of.
Team Deathmatch: Overload

In season Morse, TDM gets an update with a new mode, Overload. As you get kills, you earn stars that unlock powerful buffs like health regeneration, faster reload, and even allow you to see enemies through walls. If you ever played Overdrive in Call of Duty, this mode should feel very familiar.
Zero Dam update

As one of the most popular maps in the Operations mode, Zero Dam is getting another update to make the gameplay experience smoother. The elevator extraction now has multiple passages, so if a team is already there, you have a better chance at winning the fight.
Zero Dam now also supports swimming, with some additional vegetation around the water to get in and out without getting spotted. While bushes may create camping spots for players, anyone in the vegetation attracts a flock of birds, revealing their position.
Content-wise, there’s a new vault for you to contest as a part of the flagship task and even a couple of parkour challenges scattered around the map. This is on top of improvements to the collection room and new items for you to display.
M82 sniper rifle and AR-57 assault rifle

Two new weapons are coming to Delta Force in Echo. AR-57 is a modified assault rifle that combines the receiver of an AR-15 with a topside magazine. The M82 is a high-caliber sniper rifle that can deal a lot of damage. In Operations, the hits with M82 can increase the time it takes to use a consumable or slow your movement. In Warfare, the M82 can also be used as a borderline anti-vehicle weapon.
Tomb Raider crossover

Lara Croft makes her way into Delta Force as a part of the latest crossover. A new Luna skin, a free AKM appearance, and Tomb Raider-themed collectibles will be available throughout season Echo, with the free appearance arriving slightly later than season launch, on May 1.
All the new content, additional improvements (like the ability to see your character’s legs in first-person), and events are coming to Delta Force with season Echo on April 21.
