One of the more fun moments in the final episode of The Last Dance was watching Michael Jordan meeting up with a young Leonardo DiCaprio after the Chicago Bulls legend won his sixth title in 1998.
Jordan informed DiCaprio that he had watched the actor’s The Man in the Iron Mask (at first, Jordan said “Iron Face” instead) that day and that he had used “One for all and all for one” in the huddle, a clip the documentary showed to confirm that was the case.
It’s a pretty great little nugget, especially when DiCaprio says, “That was poetic,” which really did sum up how Game 6 of the ’98 Finals ended.
But of course, it brought the memes out. So everyone used Pointing Rick Dalton from Once Upon a Time in Hollywood:
