If you can’t make a Slimming World group, there isn't one nearby, or if you’d prefer to lose weight with web-based support, you can instead join the Slimming World Online community.
The website offers tips on how to stay on track, including delicious recipes, motivational tips and inspirational stories, plus a weight loss planner.
To redeem the offer, pick up a copy of the Daily Mirror this week where you'll find a voucher redeemable at your local Slimming World centre.
All you have to do is complete the form and hand it to your Slimming World Consultant when you join a group.
