Everybody loves Liverpool's Andy Robertson and Sadio Mane - but is this right about Mohamed Salah?

It says much about the standards being set by Liverpool this season that there was a sense of routine to matters on Friday night.

A 5-0 thumping of relegated Huddersfield Town lifted Jurgen Klopp's side, at least temporarily, back to the Premier League summit.

Yours truly was on ratings duty once again and considered Naby Keita, scorer of the quickfire opener, as best on show with 9.

Sadio Mane and Mohamed Salah, who both scored twice, registered 8, along with Andy Robertson, who contributed two assists.

Just below them was Keita on 8.2.

Only two starters scored lower than 7.0, with Daniel Sturridge ranked lowest on 5.9.

What everyone else said

Of course, other ratings are available. And the national media were pretty much in agreement over where the plaudits should be directed.

The Mirror regarded Salah and Mane top with 8 but Sturridge only mustered a 5.

The Mail do things by halves and gave Mane best mark on 8 ahead of a clutch of players on 7.

The Express got so excited they handed Robertson a perfect 10 with Salah next on 9. Sturridge only scored 4.

Meanwhile, the Independent ranked Mane best with 9 while Sturridge struggled to a 5.

Finally, the number-crunchers at WhoScored.com calculated Salah was faultless with 10 ahead of Mane on 9.08.
