How do you put into words a game as crazy as that?
"Good evening. Yes, it was a crazy match but I think it was amazing. In 90 minutes, as a supporter, I enjoyed it.
"I said to the players in the first-half there was a very high rhythm and a very good performance in general.
"You can speak also about the defensive moments tactically. When two teams concede five goals, you can only be happy if you win. But I think playing matches like tonight will help us be happy with that energy, speed and performance from two teams.
"After, we were very close to winning but the last actions and the penalty shoot-out are 50/50 situations and really, we are disappointed. Conceding five goals is another thing to fix but there were a lot of positive things for us to use in the next matches."
You brought back Mesut Ozil, how do you think he played?
"He played very well. Tonight he used his skills to help the team and was positive all the time so he played a very good match.
"We spoke before the match about that substitution because he hasn't played for a while so for his rhythm and so that he finished without being very tired I think it was good to play 60-65 minutes so that's what we did."
Do you not regret making the substitution?
"It was decided beforehand and I think that moment was good to make the decision, being calm and he worked very well in that 60-65 minutes.
Will he be involved in the Premier League now?
"Yes, we are going to play on Saturday and in my mind there is the possibility to use him again."
Is the dressing room flat after losing the way they did?
"Yes because I think we were very close to winning and we had a good performance and taking confidence in the first-half.
"In the second-half when they equalised, we scored the fifth goal which was amazing and was a very good ad exciting moment for us and the supporters that were here.
"The last goal was the bad moment for us in this 90 minutes and the penalties were 50/50 for each team. We lost in that moment but I think we did very good things and players will take confidence.
"Now the most important thing is to focus on the match on Saturday and be ready."
Hector Belleirin and Lucas Torreira played well, could they feature in the Premier League on Saturday?
"Every player has the possibility to play. We are using players in different positions, for example, tonight is one step to give them more matches.
"We are going to decide but really they played really well."
