Every word Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang said in frank interview about his miss and Arsenal's exit

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has reacted to his shocking miss in the final moments of Arsenal's 2-1 defeat at home to Olympiacos in the last 32 of the Europa League.

The Gunners came into the second-leg tie at the Emirates on the back of a 1-0 win in Greece but lost on away goals in the end following a shock 119th minute goal by Youssef El-Arabi.

Aubameyang still had a chance to not only tie the game on the night but send Arsenal through to the final 16 afterwards but sensationally missed from close range, despite having scored a wonderful goal earlier in the contest.

A crestfallen Aubameyang bravely put his hand up to be interviewed post-match and discussed the loss and his miss with BT Sport.

Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta confident ahead of Olympiakos second leg

"It's very disappointing. What can I say? It's very hard and tough," Aubameyang explained.

"It was a tough game again. The last minute goal was unlucky for us and that's it."

On the miss, he added: "I don't even know, I feel very, very bad. That can happen. I don't know how I missed this chance.

"I was tired and had some cramps but it's not an excuse. I have to score this goal. It cannot happen."
