How are you feeling now?
I’m feeling better than I did on Saturday and Sunday. I came down with some kind of virus, wasn’t able to play at the weekend. I feel better, I rained on Monday, we have got training now and I will see how I feel.
Are you prepared for any racism the Spurs players might suffer?
Like I said before that game, hopefully it doesn’t happen and we play a football match and it will be a tough match and we focus on that and try and get the win to put us in a great position for the group. If it does happen then obviously there’s a protocol in place like there was in Sofia, and as players we follow that.
Last time you played here you hit the post, what do you remember of the game?
Yeah, I remember. Me and the manager spoke about it on the way to the stadium. Wasn’t my greatest game. It was a tough place to come, a 0-0 draw. Hopefully, I can do a bit better tomorrow night.
Liverpool lost here last season, do you fear a defeat?
Hopefully not. Hopefully we can win tomorrow night. I’ve heard from a few players that the atmosphere will be very tough, very hostile. Once we are on the pitch, we have to focus on ourselves and do everything in our power to win the game.
We had a good game a few weeks ago, but there were moments in the game at 1-0, 2-0 where they had moments to score and get back in the game and it could have been totally different. We have to make sure we’re ready to get three points and it will put us in a great position.
