On his hat-trick
"Unreal, what a day for me. I'm happy with the result, I wish we could have got the clean sheet but definitely a special day for me. Of course, I'm not going to think about it too much tonight but as a team it's our goal, I'm very happy with the three goals."
On forgetting the match ball
"I honestly didn't even think about it. Thankfully my team-mates reminded me so yeah I got it in the end."
On his first goal
"I took a poor touch and then right away I just wanted to get it back. I was going to go straight for goal on my left but I had to shift out a little bit put a little move on it and it went through his legs, bottom corner.
"It's just kind of how it fell to me. It was the same with assist I had in the last game. They don't expect you to do that.
"They (Burnley) actually recovered pretty well but once I had my eyes on goal I was always thinking of myself."
On the header
"Back in my youth days I scored a few but not in my professional days. I think this was maybe my second one (headed goal). It was pretty special it happened today to make it a perfect hat-trick. I was just kind of able to flick it on and I was shocked it went in."
On being Chelsea's youngest hat-trick scorer
"I'm sure he won't be too happy about that (taking Tammy's record). He's a team player so yeah a very special day for me."
On adapting from playing abroad
"The first few months were definitely hard. I had a few starts earlier in the season but then I fell out a bit where I was just trying to get any minutes that I could and make an impact.
"I think the last few weeks I was able to show that again, that I was helping the team coming in during the Newcastle game and they gave me a start today. I didn't think it would happen right away, coming into a big club like this, it takes time. I'm happy with the progress I've made so far."
On young player influence
"The team has been fantastic so far. They've helped me so much and give me so much advice. The more experienced guys and the younger guys who are going through similar things."
On Lampard
"He was an incredible goal-scorer so we work on it a lot in training and today was a great day and I just want to keep going."
