Few would have predicted former Chelsea flop Mohamed Salah would have had quite the impact he has had since arriving on Merseyside in 2017.
Having reignited his career back in Italy, the Egyptian forward returned to the Premier League a changed man and immediately set about lighting up the division.
Now into his fifth season with the Reds, Salah has already broken another record just one game into the campaign.
His goal against Norwich in Liverpool's 3-0 win on Saturday was the fifth consecutive season that he has scored in the opening game - something no other Premier League player has done.
But for Salah, it was just another record to add to his ever-growing list of achievements which shows no signs of slowing down.

He racked up many of his accolades in his first thrilling campaign at Liverpool, breaking the Premier League scoring record for a 38-game season with 32 goals - only one of which came from the penalty spot.
The previous record had been held by Cristiano Ronaldo, Luis Suarez and Alan Shearer - putting Salah in esteemed company back in the English top flight.
His performances that season earned him the PFA Players' Player of the Year award, as voted for by his fellow professionals, and it's not hard to see why.
In the same 2017/18 season, Salah scored against 17 of the 20 teams he faced - a record he shares with Arsenal legends Robin van Persie and Ian Wright.
He also outscored three teams, with West Brom (31), Swansea (28) and Huddersfield (28) all notching less goals overall.
Salah's status as a global superstar has snowballed since that debut campaign, as he became the first African player to hit 30 goals in a Premier League season, while his exploits ventured into Europe with his four goal involvements against Roma the highest in a single match in the Champions League semi-finals.
Over the course of the season his form domestically saw him collect three Player of the Month awards - a feat no other player had achieved previously.

Among the glut of records he has broken at club level since includes becoming Liverpool's all-time Champions League top goalscorer ahead of Steven Gerrard; quickest to 50 goals; and fastest foreign player to tally 100 goal involvements in the Premier League - only Shearer has done it in fewer games (100 compared to Salah's 116).
Internationally, Salah has also had a huge impact for his country, holding Egypt's record as all-time top goalscorer in AFCON qualification, as well as in the FIFA World Cup after he scored twice in the group stages of the 2018 tournament in Russia.
Twitter fan account @PassLikeThiago has also listed several other notable achievements for Salah.
Here are the other records Salah has put his name to:
Fastest Liverpool goal in the Champions League (55 seconds)
Most left-footed goals in a Premier League campaign
Scoring in 35 consecutive wins for Liverpool - one more than Wayne Rooney's previous record of 34 for Man Utd
He also racked up more than 40 goals in all competitions in one season, the first player since Ronaldo to do so.
Most goals in a debut season (44)
Most assists in first three seasons (28)
Most European goals in a single season (11)
First Liverpool player to score over 20 goals in three successive seasons
Not to mention, Salah also picked up back-to-back Golden Boot awards along with the small matter of a Champions League winners medal and helping to end Liverpool's 30-year wait for a Premier League title.
And with talks of a new contract on the table, you get the feeling he's not done just yet...
