Premier League clubs are now free to complete transfers and many pieces of business have already been concluded.
There is only a short turnaround for the start of the 2020/21 season, with the competition beginning on September 12 - but the transfer window will remain open for almost another month before closing on October 6.
While it is expected that there will be a reduction in big-money transfers due to the economic impact of the coronavirus pandemic, there is still likely to be millions spent as clubs prepare for the new season.
Leeds United are expected to make additions to their Championship-winning squad as they prepare for their first Premier League campaign for 16 years, while Manchester City have made some early moves, already splashing out a combined £70million on Pablo Moreno, Ferran Torres and Nathan Ake.
