Thomas Tuchel has been Chelsea manager for less than a month, but he's already made a big difference at Stamford Bridge.
The Blues are so far unbeaten with the German coach in charge, heading into Premier League clashes against Newcastle and Southampton before the Champions League returns with a match against Atletico Madrid next week.
Tuchel's side have now won three matches on the bounce in the league, including a 1-0 win over former Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho's Spurs side. Following their FA Cup fifth round tie against Barnsley in the week, the players in his squad have already given their verdict on the new coach.
Hakim Ziyech
"I think you will see a Chelsea that attacks more and controls the game more," Ziyech told the club website.
"That’s what we’ve tried to do in the last two games, to play with possession and from there try to attack a lot.
"It’s not always nice when a manager leaves and a new one comes in but he’s brought his new ideas and everybody is excited to work under him."
Antonio Rudiger
"The most important impression he's made is that he knows what he wants," Rudiger told Sky Germany.
"He has his way of playing football, which is positive for many players. This is also reflected in the latest results This has been a good, positive start for him."
Reece James
"From the minute he came in, he made his style of play very evident and clear," James told the club website.
"And I think we have taken that on board very well, and you can probably see that we look like we are playing better as a team as well."
Timo Werner
"Every manager is different in how he wants us to play," Werner told the club website. He gives us a lot of ideas.
"Now I play as a left number 10, not a left winger, so I have more space for my runs in the middle and can play behind a striker, or with a number 10 behind me as a second striker. So it’s very good for me and I think there were also good moves from the manager in the last two wins."
