Team news and injuries
West Ham have no fresh injury concerns after the international break.
Declan Rice is fit after recovering from the virus that forced him to miss training with England. Rice sat out a session last week while away on England duty but the problem did not stop him being named on the bench for Monday’s 6-0 win in Bulgaria.
Andriy Yarmolenko is likely to start, having continued his fine start to the season with a goal for Ukraine in their win against Portugal that secured qualification for Euro 2020.
Lukasz Fabianski has undergone surgery on his hip injury and is set to be out until 2020. Roberto will continue in goal.
Aaron Cresswell, fresh from signing a contract extension until 2023, will keep his place at left-back.

West Ham (4-2-3-1): Roberto; Fredericks, Diop, Ogbonna, Cresswell; Rice, Noble; Yarmolenko, Lanzini, Anderson; Haller.
Head to Head record (H2H)
Traditionally, Everton have been something of a bogey team for the Hammers during the Premier League era.
Of their 46 meetings in the Premier League, West Ham have won just nine with Everton taking maximum points on 25 occasions, with 12 draws along the way.
West Ham did win this fixture 3-1 last season, however.
