Everton vs Watford TV channel, kick-off time, live stream and team news

Everton will look to get back to winning ways when they host Watford on Saturday.

The Blues suffered a setback last weekend after a 1-0 defeat to West Ham at Goodison and will hope to bounce back in front of a home crowd against the Hornets.

Claudio Ranieri’s side most recently suffered a heavy 5-0 loss against Liverpool in the experienced Italian coach’s first match in charge

Here is everything you need to know, ahead of the game

What time is kick-off?

Everton vs Watford gets underway at the traditional kick-off time at 3pm.

Is the game on TV?

Unfortunately, no

The usual 3pm blackout is back in place for football matches in England, unlike last season.

This long-standing rule was lifted during the 2020/21 campaign. However, normal service has been resumed with supporters now back in stadiums.

Can you stream the game?

No stream is available for the match.

But you can keep up to date with all the action courtesy of our dedicated live blog, which will be running throughout the match to keep you up informed.

Adam Jones and Phil Kirkbride will be in attendance at Goodison Park on behalf of the ECHO.

What is the early Everton vs Watford team news?

There has been good and bad news for Everton boss Rafa Benitez this week.

The Spanish coach revealed that Yerry Mina would be unavailable for the Blues at the weekend, having felt his hamstring in training. The Colombian defender has been on the bench for last weekend’s meeting with West Ham following a packed international break.

However, Benitez was handed a much-needed boost this week as he confirmed that Richarlison was back in full training and up for selection against his former side Watford.

The news comes at an ideal time for Everton, with the club announcing that Dominic Calvert-Lewin had suffered a setback in his return from injury, which will be see him sidelined for several weeks.

For Watford, ex-Blue Joshua King is back in contention this weekend, following a knee injury, while full-back Kiko Femenia is a doubt having picked up a knock against Liverpool.
