Everton vs Manchester United predicted line-ups: Team news ahead of Goodison Park Premier League clash

Ander Herrera has returned to training after missing Manchester United’s last five games through injury.

Herrera has only played twice since suffering a hamstring problem in the goalless draw with Liverpool on 24 February.

The midfielder is expected to leave United at the end of the season for Paris Saint-Germain when his Old Trafford contract expires.

Last week, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer suggested that uncertainty over Herrera’s injuries may be contributing to his fitness struggles.

The 29-year-old is back in training, however, and with centre-half Eric Bailly fit again, Solskjaer has plenty of options at his disposal for Sunday’s trip to Everton.

“We’re looking good. Ander’s back in training,” he said. ”We had no one out from the Barcelona game.

“We’ve got a good squad, doubled-up in training this morning, so we’ve got 22 or 23 players.”

Meanwhile, Timothy Fosu-Mensah has returned to United after undergoing surgery on a knee ligament injury.

The 21-year-old defender was forced off while playing for loan club Fulham in their 2-0 victory over Everton last week.
