Mikel Arteta has signed a three-and-a-half year deal to become Arsenal's next permanent boss, but Freddie Ljungberg will be on the touchline given how little time Arteta has had to prepare.
As for Everton, the Toffees are closing in on appointing Carlo Ancelotti - though like Arsenal, the game will come too soon for the Italian to be in the dugout. That means Duncan Ferguson will again take the reins.
