Everton are not in talks to sign Lyon's former Chelsea striker Bertrand Traore.
French broadcasters Telefoot 'broke' a story this morning which claimed "according to our information, OL is currently discussing the transfer of Bertrand Traore with Everton."
However the ECHO understands that Telefoot's claims are highly speculative.
Everton are in the market for a new forward this summer, but Traore is not likely to be on their hit list.
Traore scored two Premier League goals in 10 appearances at Chelsea between 2014 and 2017 - being loaned out to Vitesse and Ajax during that spell - and has scored nine goals in 51 international appearances for Burkina Faso for whom he has played since he was 15.

He has flourished at Lyon, scoring 29 goals in 64 starts for the French side.
