Who?
Ross Barkley.
Where?
What?
Former Toffees star Ross Barkley is rumoured to be in line for a return to the club this month.
According to the Mirror, the Blues could opt to bring the Chelsea midfielder back to Goodison Park to provide cover.
The mooted plan is for the 28-year-old to deputise for Andros Townsend and Richarlison as well as provide cover for Alex Iwobi.
The former Blues star is expected to leave Stamford Bridge this month after only making 11 appearances in all competitions this season.

Who?
Richarlison.
Where?
What?
Paris Saint-Germain are reportedly interested in signing Blues forward Richarlison.
The French giants are set to lose Kylian Mbappe on a free transfer in the summer, and apparently see the signing of Richarlison as part of the rebuilding process after the Frenchman’s expected departure.
However, the former Watford star is under contract at Goodison Park until 2024, meaning the Toffees could still demand a sizeable fee for his services.
Since joining the club in the summer of 2018 Richarlison has scored 45 goals and registered 11 assists in 130 appearances.
Who?
Cenk Tosun.
Where?
What?
Besiktas will reportedly make a move for Everton striker Cenk Tosun this month.
The 30-year-old has previously enjoyed two separate spells with the Turkish club, and they are keen to acquire his services once more.
Tosun is out of contract in the summer, however a deal for the Turkey international would hinge on the Toffees allowing the striker to depart the club without a loan fee.
They would also be expected to subsidise part of his weekly wage.
Alternatively Besiktas would also be interested if the club decide to terminate his contract, allowing them to sign their former player on a free transfer.
However, it remains to be seen whether the Blues would be prepared to acquiesce to Besiktas’ terms.
